Working together towards a worthwhile future requires three things: courage, a clear vision and steadfast support. As a medium-sized company, we at grenke want to do our bit to make ‘project future’ a success.
We support personal and social development in a variety of ways. Whether in school, sport or social activities, in research, business or cultural affairs – the objective is always to come up with fresh thinking and then to put it into practice. Young people’s development is something that is particularly close to our heart.

SUSTAINABILITY; We look for opportunities in business, and for our staff, to reduce negative impacts on the environment. As a business we are focused on leveraging digital technology to reduce our use of paper. grenke heavily promote the use of our e-contracts and e-signatures. Our branches and offices have said no to plastic providing staff with refillable water bottles and thermal mugs for morning coffee runs instead. We pledge to do more.
CHARITABLE GIVING: We look for ways to support charitable organisations and pay it forward, this year in lieu of traditional Christmas cards and gifts we made a charitable donation on behalf of our partners to the Irish Cancer Society.
OUR COMMUNITY: Community is important to grenke. We are part of a bigger family that includes our parent Company grenke AG, we place significant value on ties with the local communities in which we work. We support local youth sporting teams and have sponsored staff participation in locally organised fun runs. We also sponsor local sporting events on an annual basis.
OUR EMPLOYEES: We understand that our people are our most important asset and we are committed to making grenke an inclusive place to work. We encourage staff to grow and develop. grenke supports employees’ social, emotional and mental wellbeing through an active health and wellbeing programme. We value fresh thinking, new ideas, inputs, great and small. Employees explore and get involved in innovation and change, ideas for improvement are regularly put forward and also rewarded through our quarterly ideas campaign.
GRADUATE PROGRAMME; We are proud to be launching our first graduate programme! We believe in supporting the next generation, recognising talent, innovation, and creativity. At grenke we want to find new talent, bring diverse skills and new ways of thinking to our business.
